- Any file or information on paper is kept in a filing cabinet placed in a restricted room where only the owner (Sheryl Hoo) has access to it. Documents will be destroyed by shredding after 5 years of disuse.
- Any other file or digital data is kept on a secure server and protected by a password known only to the owner. Data unused for 5 years will be destroyed. Adequate security measures are in place to ensure that your data is protected against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. These measures are regularly reassessed and updated to ensure their effectiveness.
- A Register of incidents of confidentiality of personal information, in the event of a breach of confidentiality, is kept and I undertake to disclose any incident jeopardizing the confidentiality of personal data to the Commission for Access to Information of the Quebec.
